Hello, I’m Rachel, Certified RRCA running coach. I am dedicated to helping others achieve their running goals. In 2016 I took control of my health and began my own fitness journey. While losing weight (95 lbs), I found myself enjoying running. I enjoyed the challenge, the ability to see progress and growth within the sport. At the start, I was unable to run around the block, I have now completed several half marathon, marathons, 50k ultra marathons and 50 mile ultra marathon. & 3 50k ultra marathons.
As a RRCA Certified Running Coach, I am now accepting new clients! What I offer is custom running plans for ALL Athletes! Whether you are new to running or an experienced runner.
Each plan is made for YOU and YOUR goals. 1:1 coaching with weekly check in's for plan modifications!

Initial meet & greet (60-90 min): Taking a look at your form, breathing, stretching, look at current abilities

$50 monthly
Plan will be $200 due at start – this covers initial in person consultation, 3 month training plan, nutrition/strength/stretching advice & check in’s.
following completion of the 3 month program, if you decide to continue- $50 month
